Mission
I will live, every day, with clarity and intention.
I will actively decide to live each moment mindfully, to practice gratitude, compassion, joy and love so that I may support others as they move toward a life of clarity and intention.
I will, to the best of my ability, act as an ambassador of peace in my community, locally and across the world.
Background
I hold an Honours bachelor's degree in the Social Sciences (University of Windsor) complimented by Reiki Masters - Practitioners certification, certificate of completion - Foundations of Mindfulness and Mindfulness Meditation (University of Toronto).
I have recently participated in meditative training in "Calm Abiding" practice.
